As Senior Vice President of Washington Realty Group, Inc. Kurt McGlinchey represents a diverse Client base regionally, and Nationally. His primary focus of National Tenant Representation, Portfolio Strategy and Management, advising and implementing Lease Administration programs includes Entrepreneurial, Publicly Traded, and Fortune 500, firms and corporations. Kurt has two decades of experience of negotiating, structuring and restructuring complex commercial real estate transactions. Kurt serves on the Board of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives, a National Alliance of Commercial Real Estate Tenant Services Companies. He has also served as a Guest Lecturer to CoStar, widely recognized as the premier Commercial Real Estate information provider in North America.

Mr. McGlinchey earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. "DAAP" is recognized, not only in the USA but also Worldwide, as one of the premier Colleges in this field of study. Mr. McGlinchey completed basic and advanced Infantry training at Ft. Benning Ga. in 1985 and was attached to the 147th Infantry, Hamilton, Oh. from 1985 until 1982. Kurt is a member of the National Infantry Association and the National Infantry Foundation.
